Modern Villa with large garden, located in the town of Aranova. Within easy distance to Rome, the historical town of Ostia and the roman seaside it is the perfect combination of comfort and luxury in a quiet location away from the hassle and bustle of the city center.


On the ground floor there is a modern open plan fully fitted kitchen, large sitting room and a family bathroom and large double bedroom with plenty of storage. The attic floor has two rooms:  a double and a single one. Also
 a fantastic open space with a double sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with shower room and In total it accommodates up to 7 people. On the ground floor the property is surrounded by a patio, where can you relax in the evening after a long day enjoying the sunset.



The Area:

 

Aranova is a quiet residential small town, connected to Rome by the Via Aurelia (Aurelian Way the first road built by the Roman Empire). It is situated in an excellent and strategic position, being within easy reach from Fiumicino international airport (15 mins), 20 minutes from the city centre, and in less than 30 minutes you can reach the port of Civitavecchia if you would like to spend a week end to Sardinia.

Ostia Antica

 

Ostia Antica is a large archeological site, close to the modern suburb of Ostia (Rome) that was the location of the harbour city of ancient Rome, which is approximately 30 km to the northeast of Rome. "Ostia" in Latin means "mouth". At the mouth of the River Tiber, Ostia was Rome's seaport, but due to silting the site now lies 3 km from the sea. The site is noted for the excellent preservation of its ancient buildings, magnificent frescoes and impressive mosaics.
